Telecom New Zealand
Brian developed the project schedule for the Undertakings Implementation Programme set up to manage the change from Telecom’s existing structure to a structure of four independent companies.  Brian also developed the planning standards that would be used by all the contributing projects to the programme to ensure consistent and reliable reporting.

Royal Australian Air Force, Brisbane, Australia
Brian, together with a colleague, reviewed and upgraded the existing planning systems for the maintenance of the F 111 fighter bomber operated by the Royal Australian Air Force to ensure that the earned value reporting accurately reflected the status of the project.  Specifically, Brian facilitated a collaborative review of the network logic and structure by the shop floor and the planning teams and prepared training material.

Five Mile, Queenstown
Brian developed an initial project programme to coordinate the design, regulatory requirements, infrastructure and early construction elements of the development of Five Mile, á whole new town’ situated on 33 hectares on the Frankton Flats five miles from Queenstown.

Brian is a consultant planner to Holmes Construction developing planning strategies and documentation for tenders and providing specialist planning advice.
